Avalon Sexual Assault Centre provides free supports and services for individuals affected by sexualized violence in Halifax and across Nova Scotia. Services include the Sexual Assault Nurse Examiner Program, trauma therapy, legal advocacy, and community navigation. Avalon supports people of all genders, sexual orientations, races, ethnicities, abilities, and backgrounds, and offers information for survivors as well as their loved ones.
